Here are the two tables comparing ataraxia with shanti, and eudamonia with dharma.

Peace
ἀταραξία (ataraxia)
शान्ति (śānti)

Duty
εὐδαιμονία (eudaimonia)
धर्म (dharma)

While they may appear similar phonetically, the terms εὐδαιμονία (eudaimonia) and धर्म (dharma) have distinct etymological roots and origins; eudaimonia comes from 'eu' (good) and 'daimon' (spirit or divine power) and dharma comes from the Sanskrit root 'dhr' meaning "to hold" or "to support," and it refers to a concept of duty, law, or righteousness in Vedic and Buddhist traditions.
